- Ab wheel rollout: 10 to 12 reps
- Single-leg walkout push-up: 10 to 12 reps
- Partner plank shift: 10 to 12 reps (up and back)
- Hollow rock: 30 to 60 seconds
- Partner leg taps: 10 to 12 reps
